Setyenv™ Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of setyenv.com (the "Site") and the Setyenv™ software products (the "Products"). By creating an account, purchasing, downloading or using any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Products.

1. The Products

Setyenv™ is a suite of self-hosted plugins that run inside your own WordPress installation:

• Commercial products (paid, per-domain license): WP-PFWorkflow™ (visual workflow engine) and WP-PFManagement™ (low-code / ITSM platform).
• Open-source products (free): WP-PFAgent (licensed GPL-2.0-or-later) and the wp-executor worker (licensed MIT / Apache-2.0). Your use of these is governed by their respective open-source licenses, not by the commercial terms below.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We require multi-factor authentication for account access.

3. License grant (commercial products)

Subject to payment and to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use each commercial Product on the domain(s) covered by your license. Licensing is per domain — not per task, user or execution. Your detailed license rights and restrictions are set out in the EULA.

4. Restrictions

You may not: resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the commercial Products; remove or circumvent license validation or the code protection applied to commercial builds; publish or distribute the commercial source code except under the paid Source Access add-on and its terms; or use the Products unlawfully.

5. Source Access add-on

The commercial Products ship as protected (obfuscated) builds. The clean source is available as an optional annual Source Access add-on, subject to the restrictions above (no redistribution). Purchasing Source Access permanently waives the refund right for the associated Product, as stated at checkout.

6. Open-source components

WP-PFAgent and wp-executor are free and open source under the licenses named in Section 1. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those open-source licenses.

7. Your data stays on your server

The Products are self-hosted; your business data lives in your WordPress database. We do not receive your operational data — the only outbound communication from the commercial Products to us is license validation. See our Privacy Policy for what the Site itself processes.

8. Purchases, pricing and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices prospectively; the price in force at your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Refunds

Commercial Products are refundable under, and subject to, our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: buying is the trial, one refund per product per lifetime, Source Access is non-refundable, and every refund is reviewed by a person — never automatic.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, the commercial Products, and the Setyenv™, WP-PFWorkflow™, WP-PFManagement™ and WP-PFAgent™ names and logos are our property (open-source components excepted, which remain under their own licenses and notices). These Terms grant you a license to use the Products, not ownership of them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for testing the Products in your environment before relying on them in production.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Products or Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination for breach, the license to the commercial Products ends; the open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
